Genius covers the switchboard. Up to 4 callers can be simultaneously received, acknowledged, and transferred. This means that even when the operator is busy, no caller is left standing at the acoustic doorway.

Always a friendly greeting
An automatic, yet individual greeting welcomes callers and ensures them that they have dialled the right number. With this greeting, your company's acoustic business card, you lay the basis for a long-lasting customer orientation.

Rapid transfer to the right person
After the acoustic handshake, Genius transfers callers automatically to the switchboard or to a staff member, for example, who assists the operator in peak times of telephone traffic. This target extension can be changed anytime with the press of a button.

Support telephone staff - callers transfer themselves
Genius enables callers with a touch-tone phone to transfer themselves to the required extension. In the company greeting, callers are informed that they can, for example, transfer their own call to "1" for the Orders Department, or "2" for Sales. Switchboard staff is freed of routine transfers, and the company can take on even more calls.
