From Munich Airport, an "S-Bahn" train (S8 or S1) departs every 20 minutes directly beneath the airport's main terminal towards the city center.

If taking the S1, stay on it until Bahnhof Laim, where you change trains to the S5 line (towards Herrsching). Stay on that train until the "Germering Unterpfaffenhofen" stop. Get off the train there.

If taking the S8 from the airport, ride towards the city center. You can transfer to the S5 (towards Herrsching) at any stop between the Munich East and Munich Pasing train stations. Then take the S5 to the "Germering Unterpfaffenhofen" stop. Get off the train there.

Once you have arrived in Germering, walk right, towards the traffic circle (Post). From there, turn left and walk down Untere Bahnhofstraße. At the traffic light, walk right on Landsberger Straße until you reach Streiflacher Straße. You will now see a HIT grocery store. Here, take a right. After about 100m, turn left again; you are now on Industriestraße. After another 30m, you will see the SPEECH DESIGN building on the left.
