On November 15-16, the BlackBerry® seminar series “Connect with the Experts” will be held in the CongressCenter Messe Frankfurt (CMF). The seminar series and accompanying exhibition have been specially developed for IT experts. The workshops and presentations that fill this 1 ½-day event will provide IT managers and administrators with in-depth technical information about such topics as operation of BlackBerry® Enterprise Server, the optimal use of the BlackBerry smartphone and the best possible mobile application for BlackBerry.

Fixed-Mobile-Convergence solution for BlackBerry
As a BlackBerry Alliance member, Speech Design will present Teleserver Mobile Pro, a Fixed Mobile Convergence solution that enables BlackBerry smartphones to be seamlessly integrated into corporate telephone systems.
The server solution connects wireless communications and landline telephony and allows cell phones to be used like regular office phones. The highlight is the seamless handover between the cell phone and landline phone during a call. Recently, this Speech Design technology won first place in the VoIP Germany Award in the Mobility category. It also provides the technical basis for the new “Octopus Mobility Services” from T-Systems, which enable a company’s employees to use all functions of an office phone, including the landline number, on their cell phone. For a fixed monthly rate, the mobile terminals are integrated into the existing telecommunications system.
