By downloading and/or installing the FMC Mobility Client software, you accept the following Terms and Conditions.
Use of the FMC Mobility Client Software is permitted in unmodified form only, and only in conjunction with the aforementioned FMC systems.
Because the provider has only limited control over the interoperability with mobile telephones from third-party manufacturers and operation in different mobile networks, no warranty of flawless function is provided. Furthermore, no claim on the part of the user to error-free function or error correction may be derived from the provision of this FMC Mobility Client. We cannot eliminate the possibility of impairment of other applications on the mobile phone, the mobile phone itself or telephone connections.
No liability for damages—regardless of their legal basis—shall be accepted unless the provider has deliberately caused such damage. The FMC Mobility Client Software shall not be passed on to third parties unless they assent to these Terms and Conditions.
