Call management at the switchboard
GENIUS is the ideal solution when your switchboard is stretched beyond capacity. Up to four simultaneous callers can be automatically received, acknowledged and transferred. After the acoustic “handshake“, Genius automatically transfers callers to the switchboard or to an employee who assists switchboard staff during peak times, for example.
