Memo A - voice mail system with auto attendant for the PBX
MEMO A is the ideal combination of the voice mail system (MEMO) and an auto attendant. Up to four simultaneous callers can be automatically received, acknowledged and transferred. In addition, callers can leave a voice message in your personal mailbox that you can retrieve remotely at any time.
Auto attendant
If no one is at the switchboard or there is a call overflow, MEMO A prevents busy signals, frustration and premature hangups. Up to four callers at once can be receive the best attention to their calls. They are automatically received, acknowledged with a company-specific greeting and transferred to a personal contact. This target number can be changed at any time - simply by pressing a button.
