MEMO CDA is the ideal solution at your PBX when you need voice memory function, an automatic attendant and flexible playback of music and information.
Voice memory function (voice mail)
MEMO CDA offers your callers the option to either leave a message in your personal mailbox or be transferred to the switchboard. You are notified of incoming messages immediately and can retrieve them remotely at any time. You can forward messages you have received with comments or send voice memos, quickly and accurately. This makes time-shifted and long-distance work possible—particularly when international partners are involved.
Auto attendant
Customer orientation begins at the switchboard. After the greeting, MEMO transfers callers to the switchboard or to another employee who assists switchboard staff during peak times. Callers with a touch-tone phone can transfer themselves. This frees up the switchboard, even though more total callers get through to the company.
Music and information playback (music on hold)
User-customizable selection of music provides an opportunity for a well-defined corporate or product profile. Whether tailored compositions, classical or pop, there are no limits on your creativity. To supplement the music, information playback offers even more possibilities: information about weekend and holiday hours, discounts, special promotions, invitations or last-minute offers.

Auto attendant

- "Department transfer": Callers with a touch-tone phone can make their own selection from multiple target numbers
- Ability to save an external number as one of the target numbers (such as an emergency number on weekends and holidays), if supported by the PBX
- If a party's extension does not have direct dial-in capability, their extension number can be dialed directly
- Target numbers can be changed at any time using touchscreen
