Installation
Windows Mobile Installation
Copy the file FMCWinMobileCAB.cab via the ActiveSync connection to your mobile phone. If you have not yet installed ActiveSync on your PC, please refer to the instruction manual for your mobile phone. Please make sure to install ActiveSync on your PC before connecting the mobile phone via the USB cable to the PC.
Start the file explorer on the mobile phone (Start->Programs->File Explorer).
The file FMCWinMobileCAB is located in the \My Documents directory, which is opened as standard the first time the file explorer is started.
Click once on the file FMCWinMobileCAB to start the installation.
- If prompted whether the software should be installed on the memory card or on the device itself, please choose to install on the device. Reliable operation cannot be guaranteed if the software is installed on the memory card.
- Answer the question as to whether the software should be installed despite there being no "certificate" with Yes.
After the installation, two new icons - FMC Config and FMC Remote - will appear under Start->Programs.
Now switch off the mobile phone completely by pressing and holding down the Switch-on button (Windows will ask you whether you really want to switch off the mobile phone).
- Switch the mobile phone on again.

- Please open the FMC Mobility Client
Start- > Programs -> FMC Config - Fill out the configuration details and save the settings.
(Please ask your system administrator for your personal settings.)
Function Numbers
Function numbers enable a remote control of Teleserver Mobile Pro. Basically, these are extension numbers which are reserved for special functionalities and which are already configured in the systems during installation (s. Administration Manual). Now, the FMC Mobility Client needs to be configured accordingly.
- Please open the FMC Mobility Client
- Fill out the requested function numbers and save the settings
