Yessir steps in where the switchboard is busy. Taking up to 4 calls at once, Yessir greets callers and transfers them automatically. Busy tones, frustration, and hanging up are a thing of the past.
A warm welcome at the acoustic "doorway"
The first impression customers have of your company is made with their ears. An individually spoken, automatic greeting makes callers feel welcome. With this "telephone business card", callers know they have contacted the right address and that they will be helped shortly.
The short path to the right contact
After the greeting, Yessir transfers callers to the switchboard or to any other colleague who assists the switchboard in times of high traffic. After transferring the call, the system is ready to take on another caller. Target extensions can be changed anytime at the press of a key.
Flexible switchboard
Callers with a touch-tone phone can transfer their own calls to the required department or extension - directly. With the greeting text, you give your callers a clear orientation. For example, "Welcome to The Good Company, ... press "1" for Sales and "2" for Service." Switchboard staff is freed from routine transfers and can spend time with callers needing assistance.
