All manufactured products of SPEECH DESIGN go through a strict quality control, before they are delivered. This guarantees that only perfect products find the way to the customer.
Repair within the guarantee and/or warranty terms
Despite strictest controls in our house it can occur that some products have malfunctions and they do not work perfectly. Within the assured guarantee and/or warranty you can get a free repair and/or the exchange of the equipment.
Repair outside of the guarantee and/or warranty terms
If a defect arises with SPEECH DESIGN products you have the possibility to return the equipment for the diagnosis and error correction.
The repair will be charged with a repair rate. The return of the equipment must be made in each case over your dealer or Distributor (contracting party) within the delivery chain.
