An automatic announcement service frees staff from the task of repeating routine information over and over, and gives round-the-clock service to callers. Conventional technology fulfils this task insufficiently: answering machines only record for a couple of minutes or wear out quickly. Info is the optimum solution. With eight minutes recording time, information is stored in the digital memory and played wear-free from there. Additionally, mailboxes in the Memo Voicemail System function as "infoboxes". Callers transfer themselves to the mailbox via touch tone phone or voice command to get the information they need.
